Firm Security Services provides professional SIA-licensed security personnel, including Door Supervisors, Static Security Officers, CCTV Operators, and NASDU K9 Dog Handlers. All operations are conducted according to strict industry standards and agreed Assignment Instructions.

2. Licensing & Compliance

All security staff supplied by Firm Security Services are fully vetted, qualified, and hold valid SIA licenses. We operate in compliance with UK security laws and regulations.

3. Quotations & Contracts

Quotations provided by Firm Security Services are valid for the duration specified in the official proposal. Service contracts become binding once written confirmation or a signed agreement is executed between Firm Security Services and the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide safe working conditions, accurate site instructions, and proper access to facilities required for security personnel to execute their duties effectively.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices must be settled in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon in the service contract. Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges under applicable UK commercial laws.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services must be provided in writing. Cancellation notice periods and applicable fees are detailed within the specific client service contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

Firm Security Services carries Public and Employer's Liability Insurance. We are not liable for loss or damages arising from circumstances outside reasonable control or failure of client-provided safety hardware/access controls.
